
Lou Spritz │ The Lou Spritz was invented by the head bartender at the Hotel Lou Pinet in St. Tropez and has been a summer classic on the Côte d’Azur ever since. Jérémy Lauilhé, head bartender at the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz, shared his own interpretation of this classic cocktail.
1 oz – Dartigalongue Armagnac
2/3 oz – Lillet Rosé
1/2 oz Monin Bergamotte flavored syrup
4 oz – Prosecco
Mix the three ingredients, pour the mixture into a wine glass filled with ice; add Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice.

Aperol Spritz │ The Aperol Spritz can probably be credited with starting the whole spritz trend in the US and elsewhere. Making this refreshing summer cocktail is as easy as 3-2-1. That is 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part soda water.
3 oz. – Prosecco
2 oz. – Aperol
1 oz. – Sparkling Water
Mix the three ingredients, pour the mixture into a wine glass filled with ice, add sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice

Elixir Spritz │The Elixir Spritz is crisp, sweet and refreshing, It’s a great choice for poolside, lunch or pre-dinner cocktails.
2 oz – Lillet Blanc
1 oz – St. Germain
4 oz – Prosecco
Mix the two ingredients, pour the mixture into a wine glass filled with ice, add Prosecco. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Mojito Fraise │The Strawberry Mojito is perfect for anyone who loves a sweet drink to beat the heat.
2 oz. – Bacardi Carta Blanca
1 1/2 oz.- sliced strawberries
1 Lime wedge
10 – Fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 oz. – Tonic Water
A splash of Rhubarb Bitters
Muddle fresh strawberries, lime, and mint with sugar and rum. Top of the mixture with soda water and a splash of Rhubarb Bitters. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint leaves.

Americano│Let’s face it, there’s just something fun about ordering an Americano overseas when you’re an American. Fun fact, the American is the first ever cocktail mentioned in the James Bond novels.
1 1/2 oz – Martino Rosso Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 oz – Campari
2 1/2 oz – Sparkling Water
Mix ingredients, stir, and pour mixture into a glass of ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
