Last night, I headed out to Nocturne Rive Droite for an evening of gallery hopping, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the most prestigious art district of Paris. What started as a sober and reserved evening, ended as festive and fun night of visiting galleries and mingling with other art enthusiasts. At times, the crowd spilled out onto the sidewalk. Of course, the constant flow of Champange helped loosen things up and create an ever more convivial atmosphere at the night went on.
Cécile and I met at the event, toured the galleries and had a delicious dinner afterward in one of the little bistrot bars just off the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
All in all, a very amusing night.
