When summer arrives in Paris, one of my favorite things to do is settle into a terrace table at Le Flore en l’Île, the charming brasserie at the western tip of Île Saint-Louis.
With its unbeatable location along the Seine, Le Flore en l’Île offers one of the nicest spots in the city to slow down and savor the moment. From the terrace, enjoy beautiful views of Notre-Dame, a gentle breeze from the river, and the lively yet relaxed atmosphere of one of Paris’s most beloved islands.
And during the warmer months, there is no better way to complete the experience than with a scoop of Berthillon ice cream—it’s creamy, flavorful, made with exceptional attention to quality, and simply delicious.
Because some of the best Paris memories are created not while rushing from one landmark to another, but while sitting at a café terrace, enjoying a little something delicious, and simply watching the world go by.
