Consultation & Planning Services

The One-Hour France Travel Consultation is $195 and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your consultation is confirmed once payment has been received. The consultation provides personalized guidance based on the information you provide. It does not include the creation of a customized itinerary or the booking of travel arrangements. If you decide that you would like assistance planning your complete trip, the full $195 consultation fee may be applied toward any France travel planning package booked within 30 days of your consultation. The consultation fee is not transferable to other services and is not refundable after the consultation has taken place.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. One rescheduling opportunity may be provided with at least 48 hours’ notice. Consultations cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit toward a travel planning package. In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the opportunity to select a new consultation time or receive a full refund.

France Travel Planning Packages

The typical turnaround time is approximately three months, depending on your travel dates and the scope of your planning needs. If you need your recommendations sooner, rush requests may be accommodated when availability permits. An additional rush fee will apply, based on the timeframe requested for delivery of your Plan.
